Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets via this website for events organized in the Netherlands.

2. The purchase contract is concluded between the customer and:

SURVIVAL, registered office: Rilkestr. 18, 53225 Bonn, Germany, VAT ID: DE447571539, represented by Alexander Mühlbach,
and
Speedcore Italia, Corso Italia 2, 74016 Massafra (TA), Italy, VAT: IT03210780734,
acting jointly as event organizer.

3. The contract is concluded when the customer completes the purchase and receives an order confirmation by email.

4. All prices include applicable VAT.
Payment methods: Credit card, debit card, and other payment options offered in the Stripe Checkout (e.g. SEPA, iDEAL, Giropay) depending on availability.

5. Tickets are provided electronically (e-ticket) unless otherwise stated.

6. According to Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (event tickets).

7. In the event of cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded. Further claims (travel, accommodation, etc.) are excluded unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

8. The organizer is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

9. Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Imprintfor contact and responsible party).

11. Dutch law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
